A lot has happened since the last news letter, the business has grown dramatically in so far as the outside catering side to the business is really gathering momentum now that we are becoming established. We still have parking problems through lack of space on our site but what we are finding is that people are finding plenty of space to park on the roads either side of the business or more to the point on the spare land directly opposite the shop on the other side of the road.

We have now introduced another chef to the business. Tony has joined us after we have done much chasing to find him. He joins us and brings a wealth of experience in both the fine dining field and also the outside catering arm of the business. Tony has joined at a very exciting time in our evolution allowing us more time to venture out into the market to source even more produce for us to bring to you.

Within the next couple of months we intend to build out the balcony to the rear of the site giving us a beautiful seating area and a view over the nature reserve at Doffcocker Lodge.
