I just wanted to drop you a brief note of thanks and a request that you could also pass this on to your staff at Zest, please.

We were wise enough to book a Sunday lunch with you to celebrate my parents’ golden wedding anniversary on 2nd Oct 2011. I’d just like to say that we were delighted with everything about the event – the table looked great; the food was lovely and plentiful; the service was friendly and casual, and perfectly matched the mood of the occasion.

Please can I also ask you to pass on our thanks to whoever made the “humungous cupcake” (Laura’s mum?) which we had chosen instead of a more traditional celebration cake – it was lovely and very much enjoyed by everyone (in fact, it’s still being enjoyed by my mum and dad as it was HUGE!)

My parents were thrilled with the event and, at the end of the day, that’s what mattered to us – you and your lovely staff did us all proud!

Just wanted to say that the stand at the Bolton Food Festival was great and the
muffins on sale were the best I ever had, gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!!!

Will be down today for a yummy lunch too!

Myself and my daughter just happened to come across ZEST when desperate for a relax, cake and coffee. As we are not from the area we were unsure whether there would be the facilities to sit in. We were delighted when turning the corner in the shop to see the space. Straightaway we were greeted and served delicious cakes and drinks on the veranda. The place has a great “feel” and the customers can relax knowing that the highest standards are being applied.

We were really taken with the whole business. When I asked for advice about the health and safety aspects of selling homemade cakes everyone seemed to want to help. How refreshing that is. We couldn’t tell who was the owner or manager as everyone we came in contact with could have been that person due to their professionalism but mainly their enthusiasm.

My daughter and I have decide to visit again just for the experience as it is not a part of the county we would normally be visiting. We chatted to friends and family about ZEST, we want to spread the word!!!!
