Salmon Fillet in Orange & Honey
Every now and then I will feature one or two of the products we stock in the featured recipe, the first of which is an orange and honey marinade from Adesso based just down the road in Gorton
The company is owned and managed by two ”hands on” guys; Rizwan Rashid and Brian Goodhand, who have been actively involved in the food industry for several years. But, have only recently been inspired to create a range of Olive Oil based ambient marinades.
Inspired being the key word! Rizwan and Brian both have a great love of all things Italian, and while they were learning to speak Italian, Rizwan identified Adesso as the Italian word for Now!
What better name for a range of new products that by virtue of their formulation can be used as an instant marinade.
Adesso have collaborated with the Manchester Metropolitan University, Advanced Food Department, to ensure ambience. So, no more “fridge clutter” with our Adesso marinades, they will happily live alongside your other premium products on the kitchen counter or shelf.

Salmon fillet in orange & honey
4 x 175g Organic salmon fillets with skin removed
( C & G Neve Fleetwood )
½ a bottle of Adesso orange & honey marinade
- Preheat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/ gas 5.
- Put Salmon (approx 175g Salmon fillet) in a shallow dish add some Orange & Honey Marinade over the salmon and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
- Serve with fresh salad or boiled baby potatoes and green beans.
